Inbound Marketing Account Manager

Looking for an opportunity to be influential on the ground-floor of an energizing sales and marketing movement? Our clients and many other organizations need our help so they can keep up and grow like crazy. Do you want to join a high producing team in a fast-paced company?

At Highline Ideas, you will be the main point of client contact while executing an outlined Inbound Marketing strategy. You will work closely with our team and clients to create, execute and analyze our Inbound Marketing campaign process. We will teach you how to execute our Inbound methodology, communicate with clients and achieve goals. As we are an E-myth process driven organization, you will be expected to help improve our business through innovation, implementation and quantification of our written processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Nurture and expand client relationships
Schedule and manage inbound marketing tactics and activities utilizing tools such as HubSpot, Basecamp and Google Apps
Coordinate client onboarding process
Create communications documents that will clearly articulate project and scope to both client and internal team
Manage projects like website development, social media promotions and content creation
Coordinate and lead client meetings with a prepared agenda
Notes taken during meeting to include meeting minutes, inputs, decisions, actions and next steps required
Provide research and other support as may be required to complete any given campaign
Produce marketing metric reports and track key metrics
Coordinate with clients and internal team to set project budgets and timelines

Not Required, but a plus

Bachelors’ degree in marketing or related business field
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress
Basic understanding of SEO
Ability to write blogs articles optimized for search engines
Ability to create website graphics
Classes taken or basic knowledge of CAPM and/or PMP certification
Google Analytics knowledge
Experience using Basecamp as a project management tool
Some experience with a startup is preferred

Inbound Marketing Sales Representative

Looking for an opportunity to be influential on the ground-floor of an energizing sales and marketing movement? Our clients and an open field of organizations need our help so they can keep up and grow like crazy.  Do you want to join a high producing team in a fast-paced company?

At Highline Ideas, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through our innovative consultative sales process.  We will teach you how to execute our sales methodology, properly identify prospects and achieve your goals each month.  As we are an E-myth process driven organization, you will be expected to help improve our business through innovation, implementation and quantification of our written processes.  You will learn how to use a variety of performance measurement tools including HubSpot, HubSpot CRM, Sidekick, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in inbound marketing and inbound consultative sales
  • Plan, execute and measure our continued business development program
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Conduct prospecting for qualified leads (between 10 and 20 calls per day)
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with marketing qualified leads
  • Respond to sales inquiries as assigned
  • Improve our HubSpot CRM best practices
  • Collaborate with Highline’s creative team to improve our marketing materials
  • Identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities to help streamline the selling and fulfillment cycle
