Curtis Baird

President

A Southern Illinois native, Curtis is passionate about promoting economic development in the region.  With a background in computer science and a keen ability for problem-solving, he enjoys working with local business owners to identify and fill their unique web marketing needs.  He was Chairman of the SIU Research Park Board for 3 years, and still continues to serve to this day.  He also serves on the Carbondale Economic Development Board and is President of Jackson CEO.  Additionally, he is involved in the cub scouts as a parent volunteer and is a member of St. Andrew Church in Murphysboro, IL.

When not hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his children and vacationing on the beach in Florida.

Sharon Kirk

Office Manager

Sharon was born in Chicago, IL and raised in Carbondale, IL where she currently lives with her boyfriend and their 3 amazing boys.  Her free time is spent with her family.  They love to go hiking, go swimming, watch movies, and go out to dinner. Two of her boys are in sports, so much of her time is spent traveling to various games.
Sharon was a stay-at-home mom for 7 years before she decided to join the working world again.  She says, “I was graced with an amazing opportunity to work at Highline Ideas and I could not pass it up.  I love my job and truly enjoy the smart and talented people I work with!”

Robin Komie

Account Manager

Robin is our social media specialist.  Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, she now lives in Carbondale, IL.  Her hobbies include creative writing, record collecting, crafts, cats, and exploring Southern Illinois.  She has done volunteer work in the past for the United Nations as a content writer for African websites.

Autumn Worth

Account Manager

Autumn is an account manager who doubles as a web designer and content writer.  She is originally from the Kankakee, IL area and now lives in Carbondale, IL.  Her hobbies include drawing, writing, and trying to make friends with the stray cats of Southern Illinois.

Zach Glad

Web Developer

Zach is our resident web developer.  He is originally from Norris City, IL, and came to Carbondale, IL to attend Southern Illinois University.  His interests include competitive gaming (especially Halo), basketball, and indie game development.
